We select high-quality cold-rolled stretched steel plates of domestic origin as the main raw materials, which are roll-formed into unit plates through stamping, spot welding and seam welding. The connection between unit plates and header pipes adopts the external welding process of CO2 shielded welding, which solves the problem of severe impacts on the quality of main equipment caused by welding slag and iron filings generated from traditional internal welding.
